Clunky kitchen gadgets... that's mainly what's in this drawer. A few things were moved over to another drawer like the kitchen twine that you see in the picture. The boxes hold steak knives and a carving set which we received 27 years ago next month as wedding presents.
Clunky kitchen gadgets... that's mainly what's in this drawer. A few things were moved over to another drawer like the kitchen twine that you see in the picture. The boxes hold steak knives and a carving set which we received 27 years ago next month as wedding presents.
Did you know that it is traditional to give someone a penny when you give them a knife? Giving someone a knife is considered bad luck and represents severing a relationship, so the giver is supposed to give the recipient a penny to "buy" the knife: changing the bad luck into good luck.
And speaking of weddings....
Both of my children are getting married next year!!!!
